Alpina watches are recommended to be serviced every 3-4 years to maintain performance.
Please send your Alpina watch to our Wokingham Service Centre using the following instructions:
- When sending your watch, please pack your watch securely, do not send the presentation box as all packing is disposed of once the watch is received. We recommend an insured courier such as Royal Mail.
- Complete a repair form and ensure to include your contact details, return address and a detailed description of the issues.
- Address your parcel and send via insured courier to: Service Centre, PO Box 161, Wokingham, Berkshire RG41 2FS
